From next month, we will do special service for all customers.
When you order dolls, is it takes more than one month, we
will do 50% refund.(we will send your order in a month)
It is possible that you can recieve your order after a month.
For example, if you make an order on Sep 1st, we will send it before Sep 30th.
So, it is possible that you will get your order on first week of Oct.
And if we send after 2 months, we will do 100% refund to customer.
This means that you get the doll by free!
And when you get the doll, if there is any small problem or damage at the doll.
We will change your doll by free.(you don't have to pay any shipping fee)
But you have to tell us about it in a week!
If you tell us after a week since you get the order, this service won't be work.
Whole this services are only for dolls.
If you order, other small items or clothes are not include for this service.
